Penetration Firestop
Our bread and butter - the process of sealing service penetrations in walls, floors and ceilings to prevent the spread of fire and smoke. This is typically achieved through the use of collars, sealants or batts.

Fire Door Sealant
A common defect in buildings and often over looked or done incorrectly. Fire doors require sealant between the separating element for the door system to be effective.

External Cavity Barrier
Used to prevent the vertical spread of fire inside façade cavities and a requirement of the building code for many buildings.

Fire Rated Flush Box
Electrical power outlets fixed to fire rated plasterboard walls require intumescent pads or other fire rated systems to maintain the performance of the fire wall.

Intumescent Paint
A coating typically applied to structural steel that swells and expands when exposed to fire. This expansion creates a protective layer of foam-like insulation to protect the integrity of the steel.
